Northwest Recovery Center is a community based 501c3 non-profit organization located in North Idaho established to serve our community at the highest capacity possible. The foundation we have built this organization on is based on a "for the people, by the people" philosophy, which means this is truly for the community and none other than the people who make it up. We are honored to be in a position of service through providing what we believe is the most direct and effective approach to todays recovery program for alcoholics, addicts and their families. We are individuals who have worked or are currently working in the mental health community. We come from both blue and white collar occupations with skills and a willingness to give back to those in need. We have years of experience successfully living an authentic and rewarding life in recovery and we come from both church bodies and the secular community. We are committed to selflessly giving our time, energy, skills and resources to improve lives of addicts and alcoholics which has a ripple effect in the lives of many more. We are those who understand that as a community we can and will have a more significant impact on the lives of those seeking a better way of living.
